Upgrades and support policy

When purchasing a Data Modeler license, you get free upgrades and free technical support through e-mail and the web-based bug tracker (see support section for more information), according to these policies:

• Receive free support and upgrades until a new major version is released (e.g., product purchased at version 1.3, receive support and upgrades until (not including) version 2.0 is released)
• Upgrades to a major version are sold at a discounted price over regular single license price.

Licensing

Data Modeler is licensed per named user. A license is required for each user who uses the application. As an example, if three different persons in your company will use Data Modeler, you need three licenses. Please note that support is only provided to registered named users.
