We provide support through e-mail (registered and non-registered users) and the web-based bug tracker (registered users only). Before contacting support, please pay attention to the following guidelines:
  • Make sure you have read all documentation available.
  • Make sure you have the latest version of the product.
  • If you are a registered user and you want to report a bug or request a feature, use the Web-based bug tracker. For questions about product usage, use the e-mail support.
  • If you need to send a screenshot, do NOT use bitmap files. Save it to gif, jpg or png format.
  • Send email from an email account that:
    1) allows to receive replies sent from our server
    2) allows to receive ZIP file attachements
    3) has a properly specified and working reply address

Web-based bug tracker

The bug tracker is a place for requesting bug fixes and new features. It's the official place for that, and if you're a registered users you have received an user name and password to access it. If you are not a registered user and wants to report a bug or request a feature, please send us an e-mail.
